The Cosmo Toys Sirius blaster has rather overwhelmed me by the sheer, superb quality of the product, on which much care has clearly been lavished. The packaging is eye-catching, sturdy and informative.
As for the blaster itself, so far, I've never seen such impressive quality- in either gel or foam dart variants. It's as if the device has been carved from a solid block of plastic. No creaking plastic shell, for example. The colours are brilliant too! If Nerf/Hasbro intend launching more gel blasters they'll have very serious competition from Cosmo Toys.
As Cosmo explains, the magazine capacity is vast and, although the blaster features full auto firing only, I found that the single shots (semi-auto) are almost possible. Also, variable bursts of fire are also possible which is another benefit.
I would welcome a little more detail about battery charging, e.g. time needed. I imagine all the included chargers are identical so have deduced the following applies to all. At the beginning of the charging process a solid red and a flashing green LED appear. When the battery has been fully recharged both LEDs are solid colours.
On what appears to be the standard 5 star rating I reckon the Sirius is 4.9 and I eagerly await new blasters from Cosmo Toys as well as some accessories perhaps. E.g. a scope, torch, etc - with suitable tactical rails.

I like the fact that it was easy to set up easy to use and very durable none of that cheap plastic materials that other products have. So far the battery lasts long and then I can play for a long time.
I have been looking at different blasters for a while I even bought a unlocx and splatrball gel blaster but it was still lacking in desired power. This blaster was more than I wanted to pay but wow it was so worth it this thing is powerful.
Ok so I thought gel blasters were so lame 😒 did not want to buy one for my kids until I found this . So it shoots a whole drum load in about 12 minutes of consistent shooting at fully auto , the blaster it self has a safety mode an a fully auto on . You can use it for single shots an fully automatic just by doing 1 blast an letting go of the trigger . Compared to airsoft with these you dont have to pick up tons of bbs or darts all over your house or worry about them being all over your yard they explode on impact because they are gel . Then the dehydrate until they are none existent. In the home I have a floor cleaning robot that goes 2 times a day an sweeps the whole house so safe to say even after the blasting sessions there is 0 bbs or gells in this case all over the house . Better use in the yard an acres as paintball is used but , I really enjoy using this in gell blasting sessions .
When I got it in the mail I was shocked at how huge the gun was, it's fast fire rate too was shocking aswell but it was quieter than other guns that I've tried out, didn't feel like cheap plastic too and it shoots very far. Takes no effort in order to figure out how to work. Wished the battery would charge faster though but it's still good, price should definitely be lower for this though as 90$ for a gel blaster like this is a bit overkill.
Becareful when playing with this! It will leave welts that last days. Do not use this to shoot each other! Omg. Its easy to refill and use. It shoots insanely quick.
I’ve had this thing two months at this point and it has been the best bad decision I ever made. It’s awesome, shoots great and fast. It’s easy to operate and my kids love it. The battery has a good long life, a could days in between charging.
I’m a 40+ year old kid again.. Why didn’t they have these gel blaster guns when we were kids.. Battery life is pretty good, I’ve go through over 5K rounds and it’s still blasting away. I saw they make glow in the dark gel beads, can wait to get some of those 😬
My kids and I have had a ton of fun playing with the gel blaster. The rate of fire is pretty impressive and this blaster has the ammo capacity to back up that rate of fire. We fired the gel blaster at various targets outside to test out its accuracy. We started shooting at a large 24" box at 60 feet and the blaster was accurate enough to keep all shots on target. We moved to shooting at the bed of a toy dump truck that was 45 feet away. The bed of the dump truck is roughly 6x8 and all the shots hit the target at 35 feet. When the accuracy started going down hill was shooting longer ranges. I fired at a tree across the yard approximately 75 feet away and its was spraying gell balls at that point. Shooting that distance many shots were missing a tree 24" in diameter. After playing around I let my wife shoot me with the gel blaster from 45 feet. The impact of the gel balls was pretty mild but it did leave marks on my arm and chest. I would say these are much softer impacts than a paintball. The picture shows the marks left on my chest through a t-shirt.

It has a nice build quality, and is very easy to assemble and start using.
Comes with lots of gel ammo, but I'm not sure how long it will last considering the high capacity of the drum magazine. I really like the sliding cover which makes it super easy to reload. The battery is a tiny bit difficult to stuff back in so be careful, and don't force the cover (see picture) on just take a second to inspect the situation, and try again. I wish it didn't come with a special charger since once you lose it you may not be able to get another one, but I guess it's not a big deal.
I'd say it's pretty powerful.
If you shoot someone they're going to feel some stinging so it's a good idea to wear eye protection. It says 14+ on the box, and I'd say that's accurate, but younger kids can use it easily with some adult supervision.
Be prepared to have a lot of fun if you buy this awesome "toy".

This thing is hugeeeeeeee! I love it. Can't wait to have a battle with the kiddos. I like that it has a safety in case the little one gets curious. These things do hurt up close, so be mindful with smaller kiddos. Came just as advertised!

Shoots great ! Kinda Accurate at 70 feet . Wish the gun would shot more the 150,000 balls b4 it breaks. ( so says the Instructions.) ,other then that gun rocks. Good job

This is the most powerful gel blaster gun I have ever used! It shoots really fast and getting hit with this blaster really hurts. This is definitely not a blaster for little kids and eye protection is extremely mandatory. All that being said, it is super fun to use and feels very high quality compared to most blasters I have used.
The blaster has a very large drum magazine that attaches to it, and even though only about half of it is actually usable space, it still holds lots of gel balls. It is a bottom loading gun like many others, but this one uses battery power to bring up gel balls (not sure exactly how), which lets it fire much faster. This blaster fires very fast compared to any other bottom loading blaster (I’ve seen faster top loading ones). I think it fires a bit faster than it can actually load in a gel ball, so it ends up firing nothing about 1/4 of the shots, but it fires so fast that it is still better than most blasters.
The firing spread on this blaster is almost non-existent, most gel balls follow the same path and hit almost the same place with each shot. When I test other gel blasters, I consider it good if I can hit my fence from my porch, but this blaster has no issue hitting it. The quality of the blaster overall is superb. Every piece of the blaster is made of thick and strong plastic, so it feels weighty and solid when using it, which is not common among other ones. When it comes to speed, range, accuracy, and quality, this blaster is unmatched!
I love this gel blaster, and so will anyone else who tries it. It comes nicely packaged with everything you need. A removable stock lets you choose between rifle mode and large-pistol mode. The gun is made of plastic, but it feels very solid, not hollow and cheap.
I soaked the included beads in water overnight, but you could get by with 4-5 hours. The battery charged quickly and is lasting a long time. The actual beads seem a bit harder that the standard squishy beads, which probably makes the rounds go a little farther. The product description says harder beads are available, and I wonder what this gun would be like using those beads. Using the stock beads, I was able to easily shoot 60 feet or more. Accuracy is very good for this type of gun.
Because this is a harder hitting gun, definitely follow the guidance and give it to teenagers and adults. The gun does have a safety switch, so if curious youngsters find it they won't do any harm. And of course, always wear eye protection (either your own or the ones provided).
Tip: Do yourself a favor and stop by the Dollar store to purchase a small funnel. It will make loading this and other gel blaster guns so much easier, and you won't have gel balls bouncing all over the place every time you reload.
This would be a perfect gift for someone who's interested in airsoft or paintball. Watch for sales and coupons, but even at full price I think this gun is worth the cost for what you get. I really like this gun, and recommend it.
These are literally a blast to play with. I got a couple of them for the kids and then I had to get one for myself. Battery life is good, the shooting rang is great. It seems pretty durable. I'm happy.
This is the best gel blaster I have ever used. Right out of the packaging, you can tell this is a cut above the rest. The materials feel solid and it is weighty. This is not a cheap-feeling product at all.
Okay, my friends and I used to play airsoft in our younger years. I've been looking for something to spur a few of my friends to get outside with me and have fun. This is the thing! Nothing like backyard fun on a sunny day with these! This particular blaster is so well constructed, doesn't feel flimsy in the slightest. It comes with a foregrip, flip up sights and two different stocks. All of which are removable or movable. It comes with 10,000 rounds of ammo. All you need to do is put some tap water in a cup and let them sit. Mine hydrated within an hour. These gel balls are biodegradable, they don't leave a huge mess all over and most of all they don't hurt near as bad as an airsoft plastic bb. It has a removable battery to charge. My charge time was around 1.5 hours. After charging and loading the hopper with ammo I realized a few things. At first I couldn't get it to shoot. I was shaking it around and flipping it upside down. Turns out there's a mechanism that conveys them up to the gun! So just shoot flat and you'll be hitting your shots in no time. This is so much fun I highly recommend getting your friends get them and get outside and have some fun!
